Our screening process is rigorous to ensure that we select only the most qualified and suitable candidates for your job opening.
We assess the accounting knowledge of our applicants, explore their past experiences, and discuss their goals, motivations, and aspirations. Any candidates who are shortlisted will be required to take a 16-personality test.

ONBOARDING
We present the top three candidates to you for consideration and we will provide you with insights based on the results.
Finally, you choose the best candidate, and we handle the job offers and contracts. Our support continues beyond the handover.
